DANH VO AT HOME
ART
The idea of home is constantly shifting for Danh Vo who calls the Berlin apartment he has filled with art and collectible design a nest for him and his boyfriend. The Danish Vietnamese artist is now working on a country house and studio where he can learn from nature and see where it leads.
“THINGS ARE JUST MOMENTARY. IT ONLY EXISTS WHEN IT’S SHARED, WHATEVER AND HOWEVER YOU SHARE IT.”
The story featuring Danh Vo’s Berlin apartment and country home is in Ark Journal VOL II.

the touch of things
The single most important characteristic of a sheet is how it feels, says Charlie Hedin who founded a bed linen company based on his experiences as a sailor.
THROUGH A GLASS SOFTLY
Creating the right atmosphere brings all senses into play. Nina Nørgaard makes mouth-blown glasses that feel soft on your lips and age graciously.
A sense of scent
Smell can evoke an emotion or a memory. It affects the subconscious less directly than taste, but much more profoundly, says scent developer Lena Norling.
